My Approach
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we focus on understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By identifying patterns and challenging negative thought processes, we can create real, lasting change. I also integrate aspects of Positive Psychology to help you build strengths and cultivate resilience, Person-Centered Therapy to ensure that your unique needs and values guide our work together, and Motivational Interviewing to support your own intrinsic motivation for change. This combination offers a holistic approach to therapy, designed to empower you in creating meaningful, sustainable growth.
